We are looking for a BOOKKEEPER/ OFFICE ADMIN to join our team.
General Responsibilities:- Accounts Receivables & Payables- Payroll and payroll tax- Reconciliations:Bank, Credit Card, Expenses and Stock- Preparation monthly BAS/ IAS- General Administration and filing- Debt Collection- Report to directors and external accountants
The Successful Candidate will have:- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Skills- Minimum 2 years Experience with MYOB- Minimum 2 years in a similar role with a thorough knowledge of bookkeeping- Excellent verbal and Written communication skills- Be highly organised and motivated- Excellent attention to detail.
Working Monday to Friday, Base salary + Superannuation (negotiable depends on experience) with Excellent Working conditions.
