We're looking for someone tobe the 'point person' for General Administrative support to the project administration and marketing team in the Melbourne office.A right candidate will be provided reference of working experience for future Visa Subclass 189/190.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Answering switchboard, greeting visitors, maintaining a high standard of office tidiness and presentation.
Typing correspondence, project filing, maintaining databases, coordinate couriers, archiving, ingoing/outgoing mail, running reports.
Ensuring all office supplies and amenities are fully stocked at all times.
Organising travel bookings, conferences, RSVP's, some diary management of Directors and senior staff.
Coordinating IT and comms related issues with external IT provider.
Assisting with internal and external meetings and events (inc. catering and beverages).
Managing data and document control (including on-line document control systems, managing backups and data retrieval, monitoring printers and plotters, assisting with tender drawing issues.
Providing support and general assistance to marketing team.
The successful applicant will be:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe and Website Content Management Applications
Excellent attention to detail
Have a can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile to make it happe
A natural organiser, with strong communication skills.
Enjoy working autonomously within team environment.
Able to juggle lots of different tasks on a daily basis and manage their time effectively.
Punctual, reliable, well presented and wear a smile!
