The company is well represented within Victoria by multiple display suites in Melbourne CBD and branch offices in Boxhill, Glen Waverley and Springvale areas. The current position is created to assist the senior property manager at managing existing and future portfolio across Melbourne Metro. The role will see the candidate delivering quality customer services to landlord and tenants alike, and became the next department leader through the internal mentoring process.
Leasing Agent &BD
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining rental listings from various channels, clients and sources
- Rental open for inspections
- Advertisements (posting, channel, and management)
- Rental application management (collecting and managing enquiries)
- New rental property inspections and administration
- Leasing brochure creation and design
- Landlord rental contractual renewal
Key Requirements:
- You are an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant with a minimum of 6 months experience
- A positive, motivated individual who can hit the ground running. You have excellent computer skills with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite.
- Agent's Representative Certificate holder
- You are well presented with strong communications skills, demonstrable by your positive working relationships with your colleagues and clients alike.
- A Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable, presentable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and prioritizing skills
Property Manager
工作范围:
1. 管理物业100-200套房产
2. 在房东和租客间 进行联络
3. 物业例行检查
4. 追欠款和处理VCAT案件
5. 管理物业开放和租赁申请
6. 管理租赁合同/续租合同
7. 租客离开的例行检查
8. 房屋的维护和后续工作

- 流利的中文和英文沟通能力
- 现有的Real Estate Registration Certificate
- 有全面澳洲“住宅租赁法”的知识
- 有出色的时间管理能力
- 有完美的的产品演示能力
- 对物业管理各方面有充分的了解和知识
- 非常注意细节, 细心
- 有当前的驾驶执照和车
- 能够使用Property Tree 或类似的物业管理软件
